Plant

The manufacturing facility is spread over 4,000sq meters in kahmandu which is a fast growing Industrial town in Nepal . A prudent assembly of equipments allows us to produce all kinds of knitted garments from every kind of yarn and material. This is possible due to the significant contribution from the dedicated team of professionally trained workers.


Production

We produce and export high end knitted products, including Sweaters, Scarves, Mufflers, Gloves, Caps and Ponchos. The product range includes knit-wear in different yarns such as Cashmere, Merino, Lambs-Wool, Angora , Silk, Cotton, Acrylic and many other blends that can be made on flat-machines. These yarns are imported from many countries such as Italy , Scotland , China and Korea .

Quality

The company was started as a unit specializing in Cashmere garments; therefore, a very high emphasis is put on quality. Each garment passes through several checkpoints from the knitting stage to final packaging to ensure that the finished product is completely error free and of the highest quality.

Quality control of Raw Material always poses a big challenge for any manufacturer. For us it is very important to control the quality of our raw material which always comes from far and distant places. We have developed trust and reliability with our suppliers through long term commitments and constant market feedback. The Group also has testing laboratories where all basic properties of yarns can be tested. For cashmere, we prefer to send randomly selected samples to Italy/Germany for purity and quality tests

Capacity
